Let’s Talk Strategy

We’ll start with a walkthrough of your home or property and a conversation about your vision, timeline, and what you need to make from the sale. We will have an open and honest discussion about whether any improvements need to be made to enhance marketability or streamline the inspection process. I will then do a market analysis based on relevant sold data, generate a net sheet with various pricing scenarios, and work with you to build a personalized plan that best reflects your goals.

Hitting the Market

From trusted contractor referrals to clutter control, I’ll help you get your home market ready as soon as you are ready. Depending on the type of property you are selling, I’ll launch your listing with professional photography and/or videography, a thoughtful and robust marketing plan, and exposure across multiple platforms to attract the right buyers. Once your home hits the market, I will organize open houses, plan broker events and cook up countless creative ways to engage agents and get your home in front of more people.

Under Contract

When the offers come in, I’ll guide you through the negotiation process and once the contract is signed, I hold your hand for all of the subsequent steps: from appraisals and title commitments to contingencies, inspections and beyond. Consistent communication with clients and other agents is a crucial pillar of my business, so you can be sure that I will be in touch. Often. My goal is to protect your interests and make sure every one of your decisions feel informed and supported. I tactfully manage the myriad of emotions involved in each real estate transaction to ensure that everyone feels good at the end of the day and that you are exceedingly happy with the outcome.

Close and Celebrate

Closings are sacred to me and I make a point to treat every single one as if it were my own. And while I may have played a role in getting us to that closing table, I believe that my value as your agent really lies in the work I do after handing we pop the champagne. I cherish the relationships I have cultivated with my sellers over the years and even though some of them have left the area, I make a point to nurture those relationships in a very authentic way so that they feel cared for and would never hesitate to tell their friends to be sure to call me when they are ready to buy or sell homes of their own.
